These Terms of Use (“Terms”) apply to intelicolabs.com (the “Site”), operated by Intelicolabs Yazılım Hizmetleri A.Ş. (“Intelicolabs,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).
By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
The PetGoLife mobile application and petgolife.com are covered by the PetGoLife Terms of Use, not this page.
2. The Site
The Site describes Intelicolabs and the products we design, build, and operate. It is provided for information only. Nothing on the Site is an offer of professional, veterinary, or medical advice.
3. Intellectual property
The Site, including its text, design, trademarks, and logos, is owned by Intelicolabs or used with permission. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute the Site except for ordinary viewing in a web browser.
PetGoLife and related marks are used to identify our product. Other names may be trademarks of their owners.
4. Acceptable use
You may not use the Site to:
- Violate any law
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site or related systems
- Interfere with or disrupt the Site
- Scrape or harvest content in a way that burdens the service
5. No warranty
The Site is provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, Intelicolabs disclaims warranties of accuracy, availability, and fitness for a particular purpose. Product details on the Site may change.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Intelicolabs is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Site.
7. Third-party sites
The Site links to PetGoLife and may link to other sites we do not control. Those sites have their own terms and privacy policies.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms by posting a new version on this page. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights that may apply where you live.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, either party may bring a claim in the competent courts of Istanbul, Türkiye, without prejudice to those mandatory rights.
